Drift Eliminators, made out of rigid PVC, are designed to remove entrained particles from air steam efficiently, with minimum pressure drop, thereby reducing the fan power requirement when the air passes through the Drift Eliminator. The performance of cooling tower greatly depends upon the water distribution over the fills.Nozzles distribute water evenly through a wide spray angle without any dry pockets. They are lightweight and reduce the frequency of clogging.

The Solid Cone Square Pattern (SCSP) nozzles produce a solid cone spray of water that is distributed in a square pattern onto the fills. These nozzles can be used on new/existing pipe, which may be of MS, PP, PVC or AC pipes.

These nozzles are made out of a basic body of ABS plastics and three different types of nylon inserts and turbulators. The turbulators and orifice when assembled with the ABS body generate three types of nozzles capable of discharging water flow rates ranging from 30 GPM to 120 GPM. Depending upon the selection, each nozzle covers an area of 2'X2' to 4'X4' of tower area. A water flow chart to determine the selection may be provided on request.
